Chopped Lime
1 shot Apple Schnapps
1 shot Cognac
Top Ginger
Instructions
Prepare a highball glass
Step 1
Add ice in a highball glass.
Step 2
Rub a wedge of fresh lime around rim and place it in the glass.
Step 3
Add a shot of Apple schnapps, a shot of Courvoisier and top up with ginger ale.
