Figgy Thyme
Ingredients
2 oz Vodka
1 tsp Honey
3 Figs
1 Sprig Thyme
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Top Tonic Water
Instructions
Prepare a highball glass
Step 1
In a lewis bag, crush up some ice like a baller/maniac (@glacioice).
Step 2
Pour your precious ice into a collins glass.
Step 3
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the figs and thyme together.
Step 4
Add honey vodka, lemon juice, and a large ice cube (@glacioice).
Step 5
Shake until well chilled, and strain into glass.
Step 6
Add tonic water and finally 2 dashes of angostura bitters.
Step 7
Garnish with sliced figs and thyme.
