Corn n Oil
Ingredients
1/2 Lime
1/3 oz Falernum
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 oz Añejo Rum
1 oz Blackstrap Rum
Instructions
Prepare an old-fashioned glass
Step 1
Cut the half lime in half again.
Step 2
Add the lime, falernum, and bitters to a rocks glass.
Step 3
Muddle.
Step 4
Add the rum.
Step 5
(Aged Barbados rum such as Plantation 5 Year is recommended).
Step 6
Add ice and stir.
Step 7
Float the blackstrap rum on top.
Step 8
Serve with a straw.
