Ingredients
1 long strip Lemon Peel
2 oz Brandy
5 oz Ginger Ale
2 dashes Bitters
Instructions
Prepare a highball glass
Step 1
Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into highball glass with ice cubes.
Step 2
Stir gently.
Step 3
Garnish with lemon zest.
Step 4
If desired, add dashes of Angostura Bitter.
