Ingredients
2 scoops Chocolate Ice-cream
2 oz Brandy
2 oz Amaretto
Instructions
Prepare a collins glass
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
Step 2
Serve in chilled glass garnished with bittersweet chocolate shavings.
