1 oz Lemon Juice

2 oz Bourbon

ingredient 5

1 twist of Lemon Peel

Instructions

Prepare a highball glass

Step 1
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the sugar, water, lemon juice, and bourbon.

Step 2
Shake well.

Step 3
Strain well.

Step 4
Strain into a highball glass.

Step 5
Garnish with the lemon twist.
