Ingredients
2-3 oz Light Rum
Juice of 1 Lime
2 tsp Sugar
2-4 Mint
Soda Water
Instructions
Prepare a highball glass
Step 1
Muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice.
Step 2
Add a splash of soda water and fill the glass with cracked ice.
Step 3
Pour the rum and top with soda water.
Step 4
Garnish and serve with straw.
